*A professional crisis can equate to up to two and a half year’s worth of a marketing budget in terms of monies lost and damage.  Most crises are allowed to happen because organisations and individuals don’t consider prevention over cure and only seek guidance once the crisis has taken place.
**The initial training cannot create ‘PR gurus’ overnight and compensate for years of practical experience: this would be unrealistic.  In the same way that you can’t create an accountant overnight.  However, what courses will provide is a steep learning curve of information that offers clients and PR executives alike the right tools to better understand the PR process and maximise any working relationship.
